Export & documents
Everything you need to import from Sudan with confidence: certificates, shipping documents, payment terms and samples.
Product certificates
Certificates travel with each shipment and are exchanged through the banks or directly with the buyer, so the goods clear customs at the destination.
-
Certificate of origin
Issued by the Sudan Chamber of Commerce, confirming the goods were produced in Sudan. Available as a general certificate or in preferential forms (Arab League, COMESA, least-developed-country tariffs).
-
Phytosanitary certificate
Confirms the products were inspected under official procedures and are free from quarantine pests named by the importing country.
-
Analysis & quality certificate
Issued by the Sudanese Standards & Metrology Organization (SSMO), the government body that inspects export quality.
-
Fumigation certificate
Shows that the goods and packing were fumigated, with the treatment, chemicals, dose and temperature used.
-
Inspection certificate
Optional. Issued by an international inspection company appointed by the buyer to verify quantity and quality.
Shipping documents
-

Issued by the shipping line when the goods are loaded on board.
